Meet David Brabender

I started my career as a corporate attorney with the Polsinelli law firm, a large business law firm headquartered in Kansas City, MO, where after five years as an associate, I became a full-equity shareholder and member of the board of directors. At Polsinelli my practice was focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions and the representation of entrepreneurs and their private companies.  The fast paced, large law firm experience at Polsinelli taught me how to quickly evaluate the big picture of business transactions, determine the client’s goals and structure the transactions around those goals.

After moving to Eugene, Oregon and joining the Harrang Long firm in 1996, I became the head of the firm’s business law group.  Although I continued to represent Eugene based entrepreneurs,  while at Harrang I also was engaged for several years as outside general counsel to Mitsubishi Silicon America, headquartered in Salem, Oregon, until it was acquired by Sumitomo.

In 2002, I left Harrang and founded Endeavor Law Group with two other seasoned business lawyers.  This was the turning point for me as I began to focus exclusively on the representation of start-ups and small businesses.

Though small business was serviced at that time by a number of Eugene/Springfield law firms, I quickly concluded that the start-up business community was completely under-serviced by local law firms.   Thus, I set out to further educate myself on start-up business models and gain whatever legal expertise was necessary to provide the highest quality legal services to start-ups businesses.

In 2017, I decided to go it alone as a sole practitioner, and I have not looked back.  My business law practice continues to grow, and I continue to enjoy the unique challenges presented to me by each of my business clients.

I am accepting new clients and welcome inquiries from prospective clients.
